Churchill is a town on Hudson Bay in Northern Canada in Manitoba. It is considered on the edge of the Arctic. There are no roads that go to Churchill. You can only arrive to Churchill by train or plane. It is known as the Polar Bear Capital of the World. This area has a large number of Beluga Whales in the Churchill River during summer months. People come for bird watching and Northern Lights. Churchill has a history of fur trade and exploration. It has the tundra and the boreal forest ecosystems.
